Class. 67:
RULES AND CONDITIONS
- Entries are confined to R.I.D mares with I.D foal at foot, to be judged as a unit
- Only foals by approved stallions qualify
- One Mare and Foal may qualify from each show.
- Passport must be produced at qualifying show and final.
- Name of sire of foal must be given at qualifying show and at final.
- Foals must led at all times
- One of the judges at the qualifying show must be from the I.D.H Judge’s list.
- Animals qualified for final are not eligible to enter any other class at Mohill show other than qualifying classes for other finals
- These rules should be read in conjunction with general I.S.A rules.
ENTRY FEE: To Qualifying Show €10 to Final €20
PRIZES: 1st €500 and the central motors perpetual Trophy presented
by Mr Patsy Walpole, 2nd €300, 3rd €260, 4th €200 , 5th €150, 6th €100, 7th
upwards receive €80 on appearance at final

Western Region Irish Draught Foal Championship 2011
Class.: PRIZE FUND: €1,150
RULES AND CONDITIONS
- This Championship is confined to Irish Draught Foals, the progeny of registered Irish Draught mare, and registered Irish Draught Stallion.
- The Competition is open to either colt or filly foals.
- Dams passports must be produced at qualifying shows and at the final. Foals passports/ stallion owners covering certs must be produced at final.
- Foals must be lead at all times.
- One qualifier per show or two qualifiers if the standard is high enough at the judge’s discretion.
- On completion of judging, stewards must inform the successful competitor to visit the secretary’s office at the qualifying show within one hour and complete the necessary documentation for entry to the final. Note it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to make sure his/her foal is entered for the final.
- Show secretaries must forward the completed result cards, together with appropriate fee to the Oughterard show secretary within 5 days of holding the qualifying class.
- The Oughterard Show in consultation with the sponsor reserve the right to amend the rules as may be necessary.
Entry Fee to final: €20.00
All competitors who attend final and are not in the top six will receive €35.00
A prize will be presented for combination of Best Turned out Foal & most Suitability Dressed Handler.

Lead Rein classes:
In Lead Rein classes no child under the age of 3 years may compete. The leader must be 16 years old or over and may only lead one pony in a class.
